Overall it was reasonably large and beautiful with balcony. Location: the hotel was so close to pubs, the center and Tatra mountains.

Came in Zakopane to relax and have fun, this brand-new hotel was cosy base for doing it. My room was exceptionally good with a view over mountain. The bed was very comfy, a walk-in shower worked well. I was there for 3 nights and will be back.

Had a just perfect stay of 6 nights, glad I've chosen it. The location was amazing and marvellous, so close to the mountain and the Main Street and center of the town. Also, Polana Szymoszkowa Ski Resort was placed at a small distance.

Sincerely, it was a nice stay of 6 nights. The staff were very good, helpful. The location was great, close to many attractions in terms of driving distance approx. It was also not far from Plac PKP, and the center of Zakopane.

The hotel's location was also convenient, with nearby shops within a 10-minute walking distance, making shopping easier. The staff service was top-notch, with a lovely lady helping us settle in and explaining everything. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The queen studio was brand-new with all the necessities and balcony plus double bed. The staff was very good and helpful all the time. Hotel's location was great, to relax after long day of exploring Tatra mountains.

This hotel offers great facilities with a hot tub and sauna downstairs, which were a fantastic addition to our stay. The underfloor heating in the room kept us nice and warm during our visit, and we loved the fact that there was a little supermarket just 5 minutes away for all our essentials. Additionally, the location was easily accessible and within a comfortable walking distance of the city center.

All in all, everything was just fine during our stay.

Great view of the mountains from our room and a cozy atmosphere in the common area with a fireplace. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town center and local attractions. The hot tub and sauna were a plus and offered a refreshing end to the day after skiing.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The underground parking was a big plus, especially during the winter. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with just the right amount of cushioning. The staff was very friendly and responsive, even accommodating our request for a late checkout. The jacuzzi was a great bonus, perfect for relaxing after a long day. the apartment had all the necessary amenities and it was the perfect size for a family of three. The location may be a bit far from the city center, but if you prefer a peaceful area with a good view, this is the place for you. The view from the balcony was also lovely, although it wasn't as large as shown in the pictures. The cutlery provided in the apartment was more than enough for our needs.

The apartments were comfortable and clean, with everything needed for cooking in the well-equipped kitchen. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was easily accessible by bus or taxi.- One of the best aspects was the private jacuzzi and sauna, which we were able to use for an hour each day for free.

The cleanliness of the jacuzzi could be improved, as it was only cleaned once a day and sometimes had dirt and hair in it. Some amenities were lacking, such as toiletries and a coffee machine or oven in the apartment.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail throughout. Secondly, the location of this hotel was perfect for us. It may be a bit further from the main street, but it offered a unique charm being in a more rural area. Lastly, the staff at this hotel were extremely helpful and friendly. They made us feel right at home and were always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was just fine. No major complaints.
